I started GRO.WTF while Head of Growth at Usersnap because I wanted to share what we were actually doing — not the polished post-mortem version, but the messy real-time version. The campaigns that flopped. The hires that didn't work. The pivots that saved us.
Since then I've sold Usersnap to saas.group, co-founded OtterlyAI, and continued the podcast because the stories keep coming. Now I also interview founders, operators, and growth practitioners who are willing to be honest about what building really looks like.
